Silhouetted Volleyball Spike at Carúpano Riverbank Sunset

The setting sun casts a sharp, dark silhouette of a volleyball player leaping against the bright orange sky. Positioned low in the frame, the athlete extends an arm to spike the ball over the net. Fine spray of artificial turf and kicked-up grit hang suspended in the backlight around the player's feet. Behind the figure, the calm river reflects the fading light, while distant vegetation lines the dry riverbank. The net cuts across the mid-ground, its mesh pattern distinct against the glowing horizon. A dark shadow of the net mesh falls across the dusty ground below, anchoring the figure in the scene.
