Warm golden light floods the fern-lined forest floor, illuminating the delicate fronds in shades of amber and deep green. A massive saguaro cactus stands tall, its ribbed arms outstretched in a stark silhouette against the bright, clear sky. The turn of the seasons is visible in the mix of lingering green ferns and the dry, textured bark of the cactus. Shadows stretch long across the mossy ground, showing the scale of the plant against the vast horizon. The contrast between the soft, feathery ferns and the rigid, spiny cactus creates a distinct textural boundary. One sharp shadow from the lowest arm falls across a cluster of dried leaves at the base.
