Silhouetted Riverboat Captain at Tabiat Bridge Sunset

Late summer sun places a retired riverboat captain in sharp silhouette against low-hanging clouds in Tehran. Deep, sun-etched lines carve across his weathered face, turning skin into a textured map. Features vanish into shadow, leaving only the strong contour of a jaw and the curve of a cap brim visible. Behind him, the geometric steel lattice of the Tabiat Bridge rises in dark tones, merging with the evening sky. A faint rim of orange light traces the edge of his ear, separating him from the darkening urban geometry.
