A vendor in a bright yellow apron stands behind a counter cluttered with the practical tools of trade: a large metal cooking pot steaming gently, a stack of white paper cups, and a worn basket holding fresh bread rolls. Bougainvillea spills over the corrugated iron roof in vibrant magenta, against the grey stone facade of the nearby building.
