Polished Call Button Reflections in Stockroom

Soft overcast light from a high window falls across a rectangular call button panel mounted on a plain wall inside a 6th of October stockroom. The surface is highly polished glass, reflecting a distorted stack of metallic shelves and fluorescent fixtures from the room behind. Each reflection layers over the previous one, forming a dense grid of silver and grey tones that obscure the wall texture beneath. One raised red button sits centered in a chrome bezel. Early spring light enters through the gap between the panel and the wall, casting a cool, pale blue shadow along the bottom edge. Dust settles on the lower chrome trim, catching the ambient glow without breaking the clean, commercial sharpness of the metal.
