The dog's large erect ears frame a long, refined muzzle, while its folded posture reveals the characteristic loose skin around the neck and shoulders. Fine dust particles hang suspended in the shafts of late-afternoon light that bounce off the pale, textured walls of the quiet apartment. Through the glass, blurred greenery from the wet season suggests a humid Freetown exterior against the sheltered stillness inside.
