Olive Dishes in Fez at Copper-toned Light Before Dusk

A narrow stone alley in Fez glows under the heavy copper light of early dusk, casting long shadows against textured stucco walls. A wooden bench sits near a doorway, its slat showing faint condensation from the evening cool. Resting on the bench is a simple clay bowl filled with green olives, their skins glistening slightly. Beside it stands a tall blue and white porcelain jar, its glazed surface reflecting the ambient warmth. Leaf shadows from an overhead tree dapple the edge of the bench and the stone pavement. A quiet moment of stillness, with no people present, showing the textures of the ceramics and the natural decay of the old city infrastructure under the fading light.
