A Norwegian Elkhound sits alert on a textured fabric sofa, its thick gray and silver coat catching the soft, diffuse light filtering through sheer curtains. The dog's wedge-shaped head and prick ears face slightly left, revealing the distinct black-tipped guard hairs against the softer undercoat. A tall window frame anchors the right side of the image, casting quiet, elongated shadows along the adjacent cream-colored wall.
