New York City Metro Train Emerging from Tunnel into Sunset Light

A silver subway car bursts from the dark, tiled mouth of an underground station, its windows glowing with warm interior light against the deepening blue of the twilight sky. The train moves along elevated tracks, casting long, sharp shadows across the concrete platform below where a few commuters wait in silhouette. Above, the sun dips low on the horizon, painting the sky in streaks of orange and purple that reflect off the metal siding of the train cars.
