Neon Ferris Wheel Trails in Tbilisi Stair Hall
Soft, diffused light from an overcast noon fills a tiled stair hall near Rustaveli, Tbilisi. Long exposure photography shows the motion of a Ferris wheel as glowing neon arcs sweeping across the frame. The curves of light contrast sharply against the rigid geometry of the stairwell walls and steps. Pale reflections shimmer on the smooth, wet-looking surfaces of the tiles.
