Miniature Venetian Gondolas in Mumbai Temple Courtyard

Rich amber sunset light washes over the stone pillars of a temple courtyard in Chor Bazaar, Mumbai, where a shallow basin holds miniature wooden gondolas. Tiny figures in traditional Venetian attire sit within the boats, their oars resting in the rain-filled water. Wet stone surfaces glisten under the clear sky, reflecting the deep orange hues of the evening. Soft, out-of-focus green leaves frame the view from the immediate foreground, creating a natural border along the edges of the basin. Raindrops disturb the water's surface, forming small ripples that stretch across the reflections of the carved temple architecture. One droplet slides down the curved rim of a stone step into the dark water below.
