A weathered wooden loom shuttle rests on a rough concrete step in a narrow Bangkok alleyway under flat overcast light. The shuttle’s smooth, dark wood grain contrasts sharply with the dusty, cracked surface beneath it. Behind the tool, a glimpse of vibrant yellow fabric hangs from a nearby doorway, hinting at the weaving craft. One drop of water rests on the shuttle’s curved tip, catching the dull sky.
