Blue hour settles over a San Diego balcony, casting a deep indigo wash over the wrought-iron railing and stucco wall. A Korean Jindo Dog stands alert in the center, its white and tan coat catching the last ambient light from a nearby streetlamp, ears perked toward the distant skyline. To the right, a dented metal rim of a bicycle wheel leans against a potted palm, its chrome catching a sharp, cool reflection. The background blurs into the soft glow of city lights and the dark silhouettes of coastal palms.
