A street vendor’s stainless steel cart steams under the grey dusk sky, rain slicking the asphalt into a mirror of neon pink and electric blue. A worker in a translucent yellow raincoat tilts a blue and white porcelain bowl, pouring hot broth into a plastic cup with practiced speed. Raindrops bead on the rim of the bowl and drip from the vendor’s cap, catching the glow of a nearby sign. The scene is sharp and colorful, contrasting the glossy ceramic with the wet, gritty street and the steam rising in thin, cold lines. A passerby waits nearby, umbrella tilted, watching the steam rise against the darkening city backdrop.
