A street vendor stands behind a metal cart in a busy Hong Kong alleyway, the honeyed evening light catching the steam rising from a large metal bucket. He holds a fresh coconut, using a traditional tool to pierce the husk for a thirsty customer waiting nearby. The cart displays several more coconuts stacked neatly beside a glass jar filled with ice cubes. Neon signs from adjacent shops reflect softly on the wet pavement, adding color to the scene. The vendor wears a simple white shirt and focuses intently on preparing the drink. Pedestrians walk past in the background, blurred by motion, while the vendor’s hands move with practiced efficiency to serve the refreshing beverage.
