Hand-dyed Nylon Outerwear on Rack in Torun Workshop

Pale walls reflect cool fluorescent light onto a tight cluster of nylon jackets hanging from a metal garment rack. Each hanger holds a small paper look tag clipped to the fabric. Deep indigo and burnt orange dyes stain the smooth nylon surfaces, showing uneven absorption from the hand-dyeing process. Beside the rack, a wooden tailoring table holds scattered chalk marks and heavy shears with worn handles. Late afternoon shadows pool in the corners of the room, where a warm lamp casts a soft glow against the industrial gray of the walls. The nylon fabric catches the light, creating sharp highlights along the seams and folds. One chalk line on the table edge marks the boundary between the workspace and the hanging garments.
