Halifax Night Sky Kite Festival Colorful Lanterns Over Rocky Harbor

Under the deep black of a Halifax night sky, a cluster of colorful kites drifts low over the rocky shoreline near the waterfront. Brightly lit paper shapes, including stars and fish, float above the cobblestone paths where locals gather to watch. The dark Atlantic waters lap against the rugged granite rocks in the foreground, reflecting the faint glow of city lights from the distant harbor. A few spectators stand near a wooden railing, silhouettes against the bright, floating decorations. A lively community event, with the kites providing the only significant color against the dark, urban coastal backdrop.
