Monsoon fog pools low around their feet, obscuring the uneven ground and softening the edges of the figures against the bright, orange sky. The girl's head rests near the elder's shoulder as she learns the rhythm of the needle. Behind them, the rough texture of the market lane fades into the hazy light. The fine thread catches a faint glow where it lifts from the fabric, marking the precise point of instruction. A faint outline of a nearby stall hangs suspended in the mist.
