Early morning sunlight breaks over the Pacific horizon, casting a pale glow across the rugged cliffs of San Francisco. A large, industrial weather radar installation stands prominently atop the coastal bluff, its white dome and metal support structure catching the first rays of the day. The camera shows the stark contrast between the technological infrastructure and the natural, wind-swept vegetation clinging to the edge of the cliff.
