Fencer Parries Sparks Under Cafe Skylight

Broad daylight floods the cafe interior, bouncing off pale walls and illuminating a fencer mid-action in a sharp quarte parry. The steel blades clash, sending a burst of sparks that contrasts against the soft, diffused monsoon light filtering through the high windows. Diagonal lines of the foils cut through the frame, creating immediate tension as the fencer's white uniform stands out against the muted tones of the cafe tables. Lamplight settles into the corners, adding depth to the background where rain streaks the glass. The sparks hang momentarily in the air, their orange glow fading into the cool, gray ambient light of the room before the blades cross again.
