Father Son Fishing Dawn Zhengzhou Dock

Deep shadow swallows the foreground of the concrete dock, where a father and son stand silhouetted against the breaking dawn. Rim light traces the curve of their shoulders and the thin rod extending over the water. The Yellow River stretches wide and calm under a clear sky, its surface reflecting the pale blue of early morning. Seasonal transition shows in the sparse, dry grass along the embankment and the light jackets worn by the figures. Foreground bokeh blurs distant reeds into soft green shapes. The rod tip points toward the horizon, a thin dark line against the brightening sky. One reflection of the boy's cap glints on the wet dock edge.
