Domino Box on Taranto Desk Under Shaded Lamp

Pale north-window light spills across a wooden writing desk in a Taranto parlor, illuminating a closed domino box resting beneath a shaded lamp. The wood grain runs diagonally under the cool, diffuse glow of early spring midday. A fabric lampshade casts a soft, circular shadow on the polished surface beside the box. The scene remains still, with light falling directly on the textured lid and the smooth edges of the furniture. No movement disturbs the arrangement of objects on the desk. A thin line of dust settles along the corner where the box meets the table edge.
