Cool morning mist hangs low over the dark, wet timber planks of the Salamanca Place wharf in Hobart. A weathered wooden crate sits near the edge of the dock, holding a faded green tea canister and a small, dented mixing jug. Beside the crate, broad native leaves glisten with fresh water droplets, reflecting the pale grey sky. In the background, the stone arches of the old Hobart Town Hall are visible through the fog, their grey sandstone blocks damp and dark. One straight razor rests on the crate's edge, catching a faint glint of the diffused light.
