Cooking Pot in Oaxaca

A large, unglazed clay cooking pot sits on a rough wooden table in a dimly lit kitchen corner of a traditional Oaxacan home. The low sun streams through a window, casting warm amber light across the pot's textured, earthy surface and highlighting the dust motes dancing in the air. Beside the pot, a worn woven straw mat adds a layer of natural texture, against the smooth, dark wood of the table edge. One wooden spoon rests against the pot's rim, its handle catching the golden hour glow.
