Cleaning Alley in Seoul

Blue hour settles over a narrow Seoul alleyway, where the wet asphalt reflects the cool cyan of the sky and the warm amber glow from a nearby convenience store. A street sweeper leans against a brick pillar, using a long-handled brush to push debris toward a storm drain, the motion blurring slightly in the low light. Above, a tangled web of black electrical cables cuts across the frame, silhouetted against the fading sky. One ceramic tile, chipped and gray, lies discarded near the curb, half-submerged in a shallow puddle that mirrors the neon sign of a closed bookstore.
