Chemistry Flask Glows Orange in Xian Observatory

Deep indigo twilight falls through high windows, illuminating dust motes that drift above a dark mahogany desk. A round-bottom flask sits centrally, its glass body emitting a vibrant, molten orange light from a slow chemical reaction inside. The glow reflects sharply off the curved surface of the vessel and spills onto the adjacent brass instruments and wooden textures. Cool blue ambient light from the evening sky contrasts with the warm, flickering illumination rising from the glass, creating distinct shadows that stretch across the control panel. The orange hue highlights the fine etchings on the glassware while the surrounding room remains steeped in the quiet, cool tones of the post-sunset hour.
