Ceramic Watering Jug in Santa Fe

A ceramic watering jug with a long spout sits on a rough-hewn wooden porch rail, its terracotta surface catching the warm, low-angle sunlight of the golden hour. The adobe wall behind it displays a textured stucco finish in shades of burnt orange, against the deep blue shadows beginning to lengthen across the porch floor. A small potted cactus rests nearby, its green spines highlighted by the directional light that casts sharp, defined lines across the wood grain. Dust motes dance in the air, visible only where the sunbeams cut through the quiet evening stillness.
