Cool morning light spills across the cracked terracotta tiles of a Granada courtyard, illuminating a weathered stone sink where a local vendor arranges rough-skin garlic bulbs and dark olives. A small tabby cat sits perched on the edge of a wooden crate, its gaze fixed on a passing shadow, while a ceramic saucer rests nearby, half-filled with water. The scene is framed by the arch of a whitewashed wall, casting long, sharp shadows that emphasize the texture of the aged stonework. A simple metal lampshade hangs overhead, unused in the daylight, adding a geometric contrast to the organic shapes of the produce and the animal.
