The dog's distinctive muzzle and folded ears face the camera directly, framed at eye level by a dark wooden railing. Deep indigo twilight fills the background, while a faint rim of cool light traces the curve of the terrier's shoulder and the top of its head. Early autumn air settles on the scene, with tiny frost crystals catching the low light on the rough wood grain and the dog's fur.
