Bar Window in Seattle at As City Lights Begin To Glow

Through a rain-streaked window in a Capitol Hill pub, water rings blur the view of the Space Needle and downtown skyline as evening lights begin to glow against the twilight sky. Inside, the warm amber glow of pendant lamps illuminates a worn wooden table where two coasters rest near a half-empty glass of stout. The glass surface is marked by condensation trails, distorting the vibrant neon signs of nearby bars visible outside. A few scattered newspapers lie on a nearby shelf, adding to the cluttered, lived-in feel of the neighborhood spot. A candid moment of urban solitude, blending the cozy interior warmth with the crisp, wet chill of a Seattle night.
