Autumn Runway Stool Mirror Hairspray Haze Torun

Pale autumn light falls through windows framing a backstage area near Torun, where a wooden fitting stool stands directly before a large mirror. The glass surface bears a thick layer of white hairspray mist, blurring any reflection and softening the overhead rehearsal lamps into diffuse halos. Muted yellow leaves press against the window frames outside, their tones matching the cool gray studio walls. The stool rests squarely on the concrete floor, its legs casting faint shadows that merge with the gloom. A hairbrush lies on the seat, bristles facing the obscured glass. The hairspray mist creates a textured veil across the surface, softening the sharp edges of the room. A faint smudge of dried adhesive marks the lower right corner of the mirror frame.
