Bright winter daylight falls through sheer curtains, casting soft, muted reflections along the polished concrete floor of a Monterrey fitness studio. Small class placards lean haphazardly against the equipment, their printed text sharp and legible in the clear afternoon air. The light highlights the texture of the rubber mats and the woven fabric of the bands. Dust motes are absent, leaving the surfaces clean and orderly.
