Winter Aerial View of Nova Scotia Coastal Bay Docks

Pale blue-grey ocean water curves around a crescent-shaped bay where long, straight wooden docks extend into the harbor. Snow blankets the surrounding greenhouses in geometric grid patterns, their white plastic roofs against the dark, ice-caked earth. Low, heavy clouds hover just above the horizon, breaking into irregular patches of bright sky that cast soft, diffused light across the scene. The water remains dark and still, reflecting the muted grey of the overcast ceiling. Small boats are moored tightly against the piers, appearing as dark specks against the frozen shoreline. One stretch of exposed dark wood along the nearest pier edge reveals the texture of weathered timber beneath the winter silence.
