Waterfront Dawn in Halifax at First Light Of Dawn

First light of dawn breaks over the Halifax waterfront, casting a pale gray hue across the harbor. The drawbridge counterweight tower stands prominently on the left, its dark silhouette mirrored in the still, oil-slicked water below. A few potted geraniums in terracotta pots line the edge of the stone quay, adding a touch of muted red to the cool tones. In the distance, the faint outline of a water tower on a rooftop is visible against the brightening sky.
