Under the amber glow of sodium streetlights, a narrow Barcelona sidewalk pulses with late-night activity. A cyclist in high-vis gear navigates past a bodega entrance, their motion blurred against the static architecture. Leaning against the peeling stucco wall is an old leather basketball, scuffed and dusty, resting near a cluster of stacked plates waiting for pickup. The wet pavement reflects the neon sign of a nearby tapas bar, casting long, distorted shadows. A chipped blue enamel bowl sits on a makeshift table outside, holding raspberries that glisten under the mixed city light.
