The sky over Toronto turns a deep violet as the sun drops toward the horizon, casting long shadows across the bustling street level. A sleek white monorail glides silently along its elevated track, framing the iconic CN Tower in the distance against the fading light. Below, a street vendor’s cart steams with heat, where a tall glass of Vietnamese ca phe sua da sits on the counter, heavy condensation dripping down the side of the plastic cup.
