The low sun dips toward the horizon, casting a long, warm reflection across the dark waters of Auckland Harbour. A red and white InterCity Ferry cuts through the calm surface, leaving a gentle wake behind it. In the distance, the Auckland Sky Tower and the dense cluster of commercial buildings stand as dark silhouettes against the fading light. The sky transitions from a soft orange near the waterline to a deepening blue overhead. On the near shore, the dark outlines of residential rooftops and scattered streetlights begin to emerge. The quiet transition from day to evening in the city, with the natural movement of the water and the distant urban skyline forming a cohesive, realistic landscape moment.
