Indigo twilight settles over a narrow Hanoi street where the sky deepens into a rich blue hue above aging colonial facades. A cluster of pigeons gathers on the cracked concrete pavement near a shop entrance, their grey feathers against the dimming light. A faceted glass lantern hanging from a wooden eave catches the last ambient glow, throwing sharp, geometric shards of light onto the ground. Nearby, a simple broom leans against a weathered door frame, and a pair of rubber door mats lies flat by the threshold. A quiet, candid moment of urban life as the day transitions into night, with no people in sight, just the birds and the fading light.
