The indigo twilight of an Izmir evening settles over a narrow cobblestone street near the Kemeraltı Bazaar. A vendor sits on a wooden spindle chair outside a small shop, his posture relaxed as he tends to a traditional double teapot resting on a low metal stand. The dim light catches the speckled stoneware glaze of nearby ceramic bowls stacked on a wooden table covered with a faded checkered tablecloth. A white Russian Toy cat perches on the edge of the table, observing the passersby. In the background, the silhouette of the Kemeraltı Clock Tower is faintly visible against the deepening sky, while a folding chair stands empty near the shop entrance, hinting at the day's end.
