Steam rises from the tram’s exhaust pipes, mixing with the damp coastal air and reflecting off the wet cobblestones. Passengers huddle under umbrellas, their silhouettes blurred by the motion and low light. The tram’s yellow paint is chipped, revealing rust beneath, while streetlamps cast a dim, yellowish glow on the scene. Raindrops streak the tram windows, distorting the view of the dark sea beyond.
