Stone Round Tower Plaza Santiago Autumn

Soft afternoon light falls through heavy, dramatic clouds hovering over a formal civic plaza in Santiago de los Caballeros. The wet pavement mirrors the sky and a tall stone round tower, creating a sharp vertical symmetry. Late autumn leaves in muted browns and ochres scatter across the damp ground, against the grey stone. Water droplets rest on the rough masonry of the tower base. The reflection splits the image perfectly, doubling the height of the structure against the moody sky. A puddle at the foreground edge shows the sharp, inverted silhouette of the tower's crenellated top.
