A narrow cobblestone alley in Stockholm’s Old Town emerges from the pre-dawn chill, flanked by tall, weathered buildings with peeling paint and dark timber frames. A solitary bicycle leans against a stone wall, its basket holding a few crumpled newspaper sheets. The streetlights cast a faint, cool glow on the wet stones, reflecting the muted tones of the surrounding architecture. In the distance, a faint silhouette of a church spire pierces the darkening sky, while a few pedestrians, bundled in heavy coats, hurry past with their heads down against the cold. The quiet, raw essence of a Swedish morning before the city fully wakes.
