Spice Jars in Jaipur

A cluster of small glass spice jars sits on a rough, scuffed painted wood windowsill in a Jaipur courtyard during the warm late afternoon. The amber and red powders inside the jars glow with intense saturation under the slanted sunlight, highlighting the dust settled on their metal lids. A vintage brass teapot rests nearby, its surface dull and scratched, casting a long, soft shadow against the pink sandstone wall behind it. The air is still, and the fine grains of spice seem to shimmer in the heavy, golden light.
