Golden hour light spills across the weathered stone facade of a traditional Lyon traboule entrance, illuminating a narrow, shadowed courtyard where an elderly local woman sorts through a basket of late-season figs. Beside her, a ginger cat sits patiently on a cracked terracotta step, its fur glowing amber in the low sun, while a pair of garden shears rests casually on a wooden crate nearby, blades slightly rusted. The warm light catches the texture of her linen apron and the rough bark of a nearby plane tree, casting long, sharp shadows that stretch across the uneven paving stones.
