Dark gray clouds flatten the midday sky, casting a soft, even glow over a game trail in Binh Thanh. An orchid bee hangs suspended in the air, its body a sharp black shape against the bright, washed-out background. Below, a tropical flower displays vibrant orange petals wet with rain. Droplets rest on the broad green leaves lining the path, their surfaces slick and heavy with water. The insect's wings blur into a translucent haze as it remains still beside the bloom. A small drop slides down the curve of a petal, catching the faint light before falling.
