Under the flat, diffused light of an overcast midday, a narrow alley in Muscat reveals a bustling corner where traditional craft meets daily routine. A local worker in a crisp white dishdasha and red bisht leans over a low wooden counter, his hands dusted with fine white flour as he shapes dough. Beside him, a stack of chipped enamel bowls in faded blue and red waits for use, their surfaces catching the soft, even light without harsh reflection.
