The individual wears a heavy winter coat and gloves while holding clear glass bottles, carefully submerging them into a cut hole in the ice. Low-hanging clouds diffuse the sunset glow, casting soft shadows across the white frost and dark water. A metal frame supports the equipment nearby, resting on the snow. The glass bottles catch the warm light, their surfaces reflecting the amber sky above. The scientist leans forward, focused on the precise angle of the bottle as water fills the container, with a final drop clinging to the rim before sealing.
