Savannah Cat in Sana'a Courtyard Rain

A Savannah cat stands alert beside a weathered limestone wall in a Sana'a courtyard, its spotted coat catching the soft, diffused light of a rainy morning. The animal's large ears and distinct facial structure are sharply defined against the muted gray of low-hanging clouds. Rainwater beads on the rough plaster surface nearby, while wind-stirred leaves from a hidden plant brush against the base of the wall. The tight framing isolates the cat's gaze, which looks past the camera toward the damp path. A worn handkerchief rests on a nearby porch chair arm, adding a touch of lived-in domesticity to the scene. The deep shadows create a strong rim light around the cat's silhouette, showing the texture of its fur and the ancient grain of the stone.
