Late afternoon light washes over the textured adobe walls of a traditional Santa Fe home, casting long shadows across a rustic wooden patio table. A cluster of vibrant potted geraniums in terracotta pots sits near the edge of the frame, their red blooms against the earthy tones of the stucco. Beside the plants, a small brass object catches the dying sun, its surface showing fine hairline scratches that gleam in the low-angle light. In the background, the silhouettes of distant Sangre de Cristo mountains rise against a sky fading from pale blue to soft orange. A few loose kites rest against a stone wall further back, hinting at a leisurely day in the high desert.
