A magnifying lamp with a black stand leans against the headrest, its metal arm catching small highlights. Polished counters along the wall reflect the warm glow, showing faint smudges of use rather than sterile perfection. Outside the window, the heavy gray light of monsoon season falls through, against the interior warmth. Negative space surrounds the equipment, showing the quiet pause between appointments. One reflection of the lamp base rests on the wet floor tiles near the bed frame.
